Office Assistant 

Admin / Office                      Beverly Hills, CA  
Need an experienced individual for office work in Beverly Hills. Must be computer Literate, well experienced with office duties and fluent in English (reading & writing)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handle customer inquiries (online, phone/fax, in person). Issue and accept consignment memos as necessary. Maintain records and follow up to the point of sale and satisfactory close of transaction. Answer calls, greet visitors, and perform misc. front office functions, shipping- Help with office chores, pick ups & deliveries, organize and maintain common areas and office.
Location: Beverly Hills
Telecommuting is ok.
This is a part-time job.
