Great opportunity to learn commercial real estate
Part time: approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to: General Office: Answer incoming calls, follow up as necessary and retrieve voice mail messages; Responsive to tenants and visitors to Office of the Building. Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, overnight deliveries; Track Office Supplies; order as directed. Filing, copying, faxing and scanning. Set up files for Property Management and Leasing, as required. Leasing & Marketing: Complete Lead Sheets & Schedule Tours for Angie; Complete and Track Monthly Leasing Reports, as directed. Type up letters of intent (lease proposals), as directed. Forward to the appropriate parties and save on server. Update Leasing Book and Marketing Flyers with assistance. Forward Leases and Cover Letters, as directed and approved by PM and/or Leasing. Ensure that Indemnity Cover Letters are prepared and executed copies returned. Scan all Leases and Cover Letter onto Server. Run reports on Co-Star. Maintain Office Leasing Log (MAM Pipeline) to be forwarded internally via e-mail on a weekly basis. Assist if required on commission statements, listing agreements and any other documentation. Property Management: Tenant work order calls and contact vendors, as directed and follow up. Sort invoices by property, date stamp and invoice code stamp. Complete deposit slips for rent collections and update rent collection reports. Update Insurance Certificate Spreadsheets for Tenant and Vendors. Send letters as directed. Update Vendor and Tenant Lists. Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
Location: Sherman Oaks
Compensation: $15 per hour
