Senior Corporate Tax Manager

	Hills Looking for a young professional with excellent education and CPA degree in accounting; minimum 3 years working experience required. Position Overview: This position will be exposed to a wide variety of tax-related topics and will interface with the finance, operations and trading areas of the company. The role will not only assist in formalizing tax analysis within the existing corporate structure but will also be an integral part of the global expansion team. For example, the Corporate Tax Manager will be involved in working with the traders to minimize withholding tax and dividend issues both domestically and internationally. This person will help ensure regulatory compliance, recognize and communicate potential risks, and identify and explain potential changes in tax policy. An important function of this position will be to evaluate how to apply the existing rules with a rapidly evolving industry that deals with significant issues not contemplated when the current laws were written.
