	Sole proprietor of successful accounting firm located in Woodland Hills, CA is looking to hire another CPA to share responsibilities. Owner plans to retire in 3-5 years which gives successful and proven applicant opportunity to take over the firm. Firm performs audits and tax work in CA, NV, AZ, TX and FL. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience and a current CPA license. They should be energetic with the ability to plan and oversee audit from planning to preparation of financial statements. Qualified applicants only.
